Al Rayyan offers 100-year leasehold to residents

Al Rayyan, the first mixed-use development in Al Nahda district in Sharjah, offered 100-year leasehold purchases to all expatriate buyers including all UAE residents, at Cityscape Global.

The $190m (AED700m) project is 70% complete covering 250,838 sqm. It comes with a selection of 504 contemporary leasehold apartments in addition to office space and retail units.
Commenting on the Cityscape offer, G. Ramakrishnan, CEO of Al Rayyan, said “This is the first time that a completed development in Sharjah is being offered with 100 year leasehold to UAE residents that are non-GCC Nationals. The offer is only available to those who make their purchase during the exhibition and as an added bonus, buyers can take advantage of the development’s newly launched mobile friendly interactive website making purchasing and price calculation easy and convenient.”
Al Rayyan is composed of two residential towers having a total of 40 floors each and a total of 504 units (the apartments start on the 8th floor up to the 40th floor). There are 28 one-bedroom apartments that are from 195 to 102.29 sqm in size, and 192 two-bedroom that are from 131.57 to 166.50 sqm in size.
There are also 280 three-bedroom apartments that are from 190.70 to 361.40 sqm and four 4-bedroom penthouses; two in each tower, which are 522.70 to 531.89 sqm in size. B+H has designed the living spaces to have a modern and international style.
The commercial tower is 46,687 sq. m and comes with offices on 28 floors as well as a hotel on the top twelve floors which comes with 200 hotel apartments.
There is a retail area comprising 19,000 sqm., also designed by B+H, located on the second floor that can accommodate approximately 80-90 shops.
