DMCC, Dubai's authority on trade, enterprise and commodities, announced on Wednesday, 09 September, 2015, that its commercial tower, One JLT, will be ready for occupation in November 2015.

Located in the DMCC Free Zone and fitted-out to Category A standard, One JLT offers 2.7ha of leasable area across column-free floor plates.

The unique ‘glass box’ styled building occupies a corner plot overlooking the JLT Park.

The development is being built to LEED Gold certification, integrating energy and water efficiency and sustainable design.

One JLT is in close proximity to a Dubai Metro station, and within 20 minutes of the new Al Maktoum International Airport.

Krysta Fox, director of DMCC Free Zone, said: “We are excited to be delivering a product that embraces the current and future demands of local and international companies entering Dubai with a need for single-owned, high-performance commercial buildings.

"A great deal of thought and time went into designing One JLT, utilising the most sustainable and efficient schemes on offer, which is being built to LEED Gold certification.

The project has now attracted a dynamic mix of retailers and with a number of units already pre-leased, we look forward to meeting potential new clients at Cityscape Global 2015," Fox added.

One JLT’s premium fit-out will incorporate raised floors, suspended ceilings, floor coverings and internal surface finishes, as well as first-rate distribution of mechanical and electrical services.

One JLT units are now available for lease and ready to move into under flexible and long-term tenure.
