Tanmiyat completes 172 villas in Living Legends

Set for completion in 2016, the Living Legends development will create 1,500 permanent jobs across the mixed-use community’s Legends Mall and Living Legends Golf Course

Tanmiyat Global completed the first 172 villas within the Living Legends development.

Alongside this, Amlak Finance has been appointed as the project’s strategic partner, demonstrating the market’s confidence in the project.

Furthermore, the site has reached 80% completion on infrastructure and roads and the electrical sub-station is also over 80% complete.

Set for completion in 2016, the Living Legends development will create 1,500 permanent jobs across the mixed-use community’s Legends Mall and Living Legends Golf Course, as well as in the hotel, schools, clinics and other mixed use enterprises.

The completed Legends Mall will include 158 stores, including Dubailand’s first Carrefour.

A direct bridge from Living Legends to the Mohammed bin Zayed Road is planned for completion at the end of 2017.

Once completed, the 133,780 sqm development will include 500 villas and 12 apartment towers, along with a community club house, 9-hole golf course, shopping mall, boutique hotel, schools and clinics.
