Singapore-based serviced residences operator, The Ascott Limited opened its first serviced residence in Saudi Arabia.

The wholly owned serviced residence business unit of CapitaLand, opened Ascott Tahlia Jeddah, situated in Jeddah’s main commercial avenue, according to a company statement on Wednesday (23 September 2015).

The serviced residence comprises 20 floors, and includes a studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as four penthouses.

The residence also offers amenities such as a swimming pool, gymnasium, children’s playroom, guest lounge, restaurant and coffee shop.

Next, Ascott plans to open the Ascott Sari Jeddah and Citadines Al Salamah Jeddah later this year, followed by the Ascott Rafal Olaya Riyadh in 2016 and Somerset Corniche Jeddah in 2017.
