H&G appoints new sales and marketing manager
Suzanne Robinson is tasked with driving the firm’s sales and marketing initiatives within the home maintenance arena.
Hitches & Glitches (H&G), a UAE-based home maintenance company, has appointed Suzanne Robinson to oversee its sales & marketing strategy.
The British national will address the growing demand for residential maintenance services in the UAE market.
With over 24 years of experience working in the UAE, Robinson has also been tasked in overseeing training for the new contact centre customer care representatives. She will also take responsibility for produce development and pricing.
Lukas Eigenmann, operations director, Hitches & Glitches, said: “Having arrived in the UAE in 1991, Suzanne has extensive experience after fulfilling a variety of senior marketing assignments for global brands companies such as Sunguard, Jacuzzi, CAA.”
Since assuming her role, Robinson has already launched ‘Live Chat’ on the H&G website, a 24/7 service that enable customers to open a dialogue with the in-house customer care teams at any point of the day.
The new sales & marketing manager is also in the process of introducing a range of sustainable products to the website. These include LED lighting systems and cleaning agents that consume less water and chemicals during the cleaning process.
Commenting on her role, Robinson shared: “As many of the first freehold communities and residential towers begin to age, property maintenance becomes even more relevant to investors today, whether they have bought from new or on the secondary market. Increasingly they recognise that protecting their property with regular maintenance, is no longer a false economy.”
“Future growth for the region’s FM sector is guaranteed, so my strategy is to focus on innovation, technology, sustainability, training and service delivery excellence, to ensure H&G secures more than its fair market share of this dynamic sector,” added Robinson.
