Damac to embark on month-long roadshow in October

The company will be in India, UK and Kenya attending various events and exhibitions across the course of the month

Luxury real estate developer, Damac Properties is heading on a month-long global roadshow, to promote Dubai and highlight the strong business environment for overseas investment.

Taking place on three continents, the campaign will highlight Dubai as a safe and secure city, with substantial infrastructure investment, ease of doing business and efficient and reliable regulations in which to operate.

The company will be in India, UK and Kenya attending various events and exhibitions across the course of the month.

“Dubai remains one of the most attractive investment cities in the world,” said Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president, Damac Properties. 

“We have been very pleased with recent interest in Dubai real estate from many parts of the world and this roadshow of events further highlights our desire to tell the Dubai story and welcome investors from all over,” he added.

Damac Properties will be at the Property Investor & Home Buyer Expo in London, UK on 9-10 October, at the Times Property Show in Delhi, India from 10-11 October and the Kenya Homes Expo in Nairobi from 15-18 October.

Dubai is currently seeing a huge increase in tourism, with a 9% growth in visitor’s year on year, with the emirate welcoming more than seven million visitors in the first six months of 2015.
