Dubai: Asteco named agent for Stella Maris Tower

Under development by Bloom Properties, Stella Maris Tower will feature 313 one, two and three-bedroom apartments

Asteco has been appointed as the exclusive sales agent for the Stella Maris Tower in Dubai Marina.

Under development by Bloom Properties, the 52-storey residential tower will feature 313 - one, two and three-bedroom apartments plus a select number of four-bed duplexes, townhouses and penthouses.

The tower, which is lcoated at the southern end of Dubai Marina, is scheduled for completion at the end of 2018. 

Overlooking the Dubai Marina skyline, the Stella Maris Tower will have views of the upcoming Bluewaters Island - which will be home to the world's largest ferris wheel, the Dubai Eye.
