Al Habtoor Soil Group bags new Alandalus contract

Jumeirah Golf Estates has awarded Al Habtoor STFA Soil Group a contract for the construction of its new development, Alandalus. 

Construction is scheduled to begin before the end of October and is scheduled to be completed before the upcoming Expo 2020 in Dubai.

This appointment marks the beginning of the next phase of development for Jumeirah Golf Estates and a first for the region, combining the luxury lifestyle of a golf development with mid-market housing.

This news comes following the recent announcement of Jumeirah Golf Estates first retail center, which is scheduled for completion in Q4 2016 and will feature a grocery store and hospitality outlets.
