Chestertons are set to unveil their $906m (QAR3.3bn) 'Wardian' project to Qatari investors.

London-based developer Eco World Ballymore will showcase the project at the Sheraton Doha Resort and Convention Hotel between 2-4 November.

Wardian London, overlooking South Dock and located within close proximity to Canary Wharf, offers 624 private suites, apartments and penthouses across two residential towers.

The project will also feature a rooftop observatory bar; two restaurants; 24 hour concierge and an open air swimming pool.

Scheduled for completion in 2019, the price for suites range from $613,000; one bedroom apartments from $815,000 and two bedroom apartments from $1.07m.

Chestertons are aiming to cater to Qatari investors who are looking to expand their real estate portfolios or who wish to buy second homes in London.

"Britain's capital has always been a favourite choice of location with Qatari property investors. The percentage of investors from this region buying London-based properties has significantly grown each year.
