Yardi deploys Voyager 7S platform to UAE market

SinoGulf Investments, a UAE-based asset management service provider, announced that it has successfully implement Yardi Voyager 7S into its operational infrastructure.

Developed by Yardi, a developer of real estate investment and asset property management software, the Voyager platform will aid SinoGulf to streamline its business processes.

In addition to being mobile enabled, the software includes functions for overseeing active operations, accounting and services through a portfolio-wide business intelligence.

Commenting on the incorporation of the platform, Amit Diwan, CFO, SinoGulf, shared: “SinoGulf selected Yardi Voyager after an extensive review of solutions on the market.

Yardi provides us with a fully integrated real estate management platform that scales to all of our requirements. This allows us to focus on optimising our business processes and adding value for our investors.”

SinoGulf provides asset management services and manages across numerous projects in MENA, with a combined value of $500mn. The firm’s financial activities are regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority and offers Sharia-compliant services.
