AccorHotels has signed three management agreements with Al Rajhi Investment Group for a trio-cluster of hotel properties in Makkah's Al Naseem. 

The project, which is being built around Al Rajhi Mosque, will feature six hotels from four international groups offering almostn 5,000 rooms in total. 

Scheduled for completion in 2019, the AccorHotels cluster will comprise Novotel, Adagio and Ibis Styles properties - making up 2,354 of the hotel rooms.

Jean-Jacques Dessors, chief operating officer at AccorHotels Mediterranean, Middle East & Africa, said: "We are delighted to be joining forces with Al Rajhi for this monumental development which will create a diverse hospitality offering for the 20 million visitors to Makkah every year.

"As the operator of the largest hospitality cluster on the Al Naseem complex, AccorHotels will be bringing thee of our most popular brands catering to the midscale, economy and extended-stay segments, to ensure that all clients can afford to enjoy quality, international-standard hotel accommodation throughout their journey."

The combined AccorHotels properties will offer a range of facilities and F&B outlets within their cluster, including restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms, business centers, and a children's corner.
