Nasser Amer, vice president - sales at Deyaar, said: “Given its stature as one of the leading centres for commerce in the world and one of the top cities that is home to many of the world’s billionaires, Mumbai is an ideal destination to engage with potential Indian investors and gain an even deeper understanding of their investment needs.”

He added: “With our extensive knowledge of the expectations of the Indian investor, the Dubai Property Show in Mumbai will give Deyaar the opportunity to strengthen its presence in the Indian market through highlighting the ease of investing in Dubai’s robust real estate industry as well as showcasing Deyaar’s extensive portfolio."

‘Midtown by Deyaar’ features a total of 27 buildings, retail outlets as well as sports and leisure amenities, centrally located amid Dubai’s International Media Production Zone, with direct access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, one of Dubai’s arterial roads.
