Dubai's Falconcity of Wonders is set to discuss prime investment opportunities with Indian investors during its participation at the Dubai Property Show taking place from 6-8 November, 2015 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai, India.

Falconcity of Wonders is a huge residential, tourist, entertainment and recreational complex occupying more than 3.8 million sqm.

Formed in the shape of a falcon, emblem of the UAE, the development features reproductions of world famous landmarks under the concept: ‘The World in a City’.

Villas inspired by international architectural themes form part of the development’s over 5,500 residential units that come in various designs, locations and sizes. Commercial centers, a signature ‘Falcon Fun City’, family centers, sports facilities and schools are also included in the project’s master plan.

Alharith bin Salem Almoosa, vice chairman and deputy general manager, Falconcity of Wonders, said: “The upcoming Dubai Property Show in India is an excellent opportunity for us to directly bring our unique brand of real estate to a market known for its inclination towards Dubai investments. We will be able to enhance our communication channels and better determine which needs of Indian investors we can effectively cater to, and what appropriate actions and initiatives we need to take in response.

"We will be presenting some of our developments that make Falconcity of Wonders stand out amidst Dubai’s already-rich property landscape, which offers a diversity of opportunities for residential investments and ownership, commercial ventures and tourism linkages, among others. We aim to uplift Dubai’s stature as one of the world’s most important and promising tourism havens through the project’s ‘The World in a City’ concept.”
