Revealed: UAE to lower fuel prices further in Dec

The UAE will again lower domestic prices for gasoline and diesel in December, the ministry of energy announced. 

The price of a litre of octane 95 gasoline will drop 1.15% to $0.46 (AED1.68) from (AED1.70) in November, the minstry said in a statement. 

The price of Super (98 octane) falls to  (AED1.79) from (AED1.81) while E Plus (91 octane) also falls to (AED1.61) per litre.

Meanwhile, the domestic diesel price will fall to (AED1.83) from (AED1.87) in November, the ministry added. 

In July, the UAE said it was shifting from a system of fixed, subsidised fuel prices to adjusting prices monthly in response to global trends.
