Mouchel Consulting hires director for Saudi Arabia
Philip Bourne has parted company with Louis Berger to become Mouchel Consulting’s director for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Mouchel Consulting has appointed Philip Bourne to the position of director for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Bourne joins Mouchel from Louis Berger, where he held the position of managing director for Saudi Arabia.
A chartered engineer and fellow of both the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Bourne boasts more than 20 years of industry experience in Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.
Commenting on his latest appointment, Bourne said: “It’s an exciting time to be joining Mouchel Consulting in KSA. My main objective is to continue supporting the ambitious plans for growth, as set out in Vision2020, driving and further developing the Mouchel Consulting business in KSA at this key time for the company.
“We will continue to deliver our core services, providing quality solutions and creating excellent relationships with our clients. [Mouchel] will also be looking to develop other areas of [its] business in the Kingdom,” he added.
During the course of his career, Bourne has operated across numerous sectors, including water, wastewater, and infrastructure. His previous employers include Arcadis, AMEC, and Halcrow, and he has also held a position on the Industry Advisory Council of New York University, Abu Dhabi.
