CBRE named as consultants for Bahrain's Gems Tower

Real estate advisory firm CBRE has been appointed as the sole leasing and marketing consultants for Gems Tower, located in Bahrain International Investment Park (BIIP).

The contract was announced following a signing ceremony between Dr Amar Mahmood, CEO, Gems Co WLL, and Steve Mayes, director, CBRE Bahrain.

Steve Mayes, director, CBRE Bahrain, said: “Gems Tower is a well-established commercial office building in a strategic location. The property is ideal for companies of all sizes, and with the addition of micro offices, there are solutions for start-ups and smaller branch offices of international firms.”
