CSCEC bags contract for Indigo Zen in Dubai
The 346-villa project will include running waterways, meditation zones, and lush greenery when complete
Dubai-based developer Indigo Properties has awarded China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), the contract to work on the show villas at ‘Indigo Zen’, its exclusive luxury residential development.
The contracting company has started work on four show villas for the project, which is targeted for completion by June 2018.
Dev Maitra, CEO, Indigo Properties said, “We are very pleased to bring CSEC Middle East onboard to work on the show villas on our ‘Zen’ development. The company has an impressive portfolio of projects in China and the Middle East, including the UAE. It has worked with government and private companies on residential, hospitality and infrastructure projects. Work has begun on the villas and we expect them to be completed in about six months.”
The 346-villa project will include running waterways, meditation zones, and lush greenery when complete. The development, spread across 418,063 sqm of land in Dubai Golf City, will also include retail areas, clubhouses, and pavilions with covered outdoor seating.
The community comprises four, five and six-bedroom villas and three bedroom townhouses, ranging in size from 371-929 sqm.
Indigo Properties has completed construction and handover of more than 139,354 sqm of property in Dubai, with more in the pipeline.
