Video: Dubai Ruler inspects Dubai Canal progress

HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum recently visited the Dubai Water Canal project, which is 61% complete

Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, visited the Dubai Water Canal site to inspect its construction progress. 

The Ruler inspected the excavation works completed so far and bridges constructed on Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Wasl Road, and Jumeirah Road.

According to the Dubai Ruler's official website, project completion is thus far reported at 61%.

HH Sheikh Mohammed was accompanied by director-general and chairman of the board of executive directors of Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), HE Mattar Al Tayer, besides Meydan Group chairman HE Saeed Humaid Al Tayer; and several directors and engineers.
