Asteco named agent for new JVC residential project
Asteco has been appointed as the exclusive sales agent for the new City Apartments located in Jumeirah Village Circle
Asteco has been appointed as the executive sales agent for the new City Apartments development in Dubai's Jumeirah Village Circle community.
The contemporary five-storey residential complex, which is under development by Virtue Properties, is set to be handed over during December 2016.
The development will feature 67 one-bedroom apartments - ranging from 809 sqft with a community view to 1,272 sqft with a prime garden and pool unit.
Selling prices will range from $192,809 (AED708,170) to $258,057 (AED947,832).
Sean McCauley, director-agency, Asteco Property Management, said: "We expect a high level of investor interest in this project, boosted by a very flexible 18-month plan, which calls for 10% upfront deposit, along with the DLD transfer fee of 4%, followed by eight quarterly instalments of 10-15% from April 2016 through to December 2017; a full year after handover."'
The 'City Apartments' complex features landscaped gardens, a swimming pool, gym and 24-hour reception as well as retail outlets providing essential services on the ground floor.
The development is located with direct access to both Al Khail and Mohammed bin Zayed Roads, Dubai's major shopping malls, schools, healthcare faciltiies and commercial districts.
