Macro awarded IFM contract with Verint Systems
The international facilities management company will provide a complete IFM service package to US-based Verint Systems over a three-year period
Macro has been awarded an integrated facilities management (IFM) service contract with Verint Systems, a US IT provider.
The international FM company has been tasked in managing the entire supply chain for the New York-based company.
As per the three-year agreement, Macro will embed its teams into the Verint workplace to oversee FM services at both the company’s New York and Georgia locations.
Furthermore, Macro’s team will also assist FM operations in Verint Systems’ offices across the US. This includes its offices in California, Illinois, New Hampshire and Vancouver, to name a few.
Macro previously played an important role in relocating Verint’s Melville, NY headquarters, to its new 45,000 sq ft headquarters. Now based at 175 Broad Hollow Road, Macro’s team delivered both project management (PM) and FM support for the move.
Commenting on the contract, Richard Hayes, Macro’s managing director for North America, said: “We are excited to have been chosen as the FM integrator by such a progressive and innovative firm as Verint. The team has already done a tremendous job in delivering value.”
Verint Systems is a global provider of software and hardware designed for the security, surveillance and business intelligence community.
