Al Shirawi wins MEP deal for Palm Jumeirah project

The project encompasses MEP works for two blocks of residential buildings and a service apartment building on Palm Jumeirah

Al Shirawi Electrical and Mechanical Engineering has been awarded the MEP contract for Al Shafar Investment Group's residential project on Dubai's Palm Jumeirah.

The project encompasses MEP works for two blocks of residential buildings and a serviced apartment building.

Construction works for the residential project are underway and scheduled for completion in 2017.

Ali Al Shafar, chairman of the board of directors, Al Shafar Investment Group, said: "Al Shirawi Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Company is a valuable addition to our list of business partners.

Backed by Al Shirawi Group, the MEP contractor has successfully completed projects in Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Yemen and the UAE.
