Bloom Garden's FAYA unveiled at Cityscape AD

FAYA, the fourth phase of Bloom Gardens, will consist of 132 townhouses made up of 28 four-clusters and four five-unit clusters

Bloom Properties has unveiled FAYA - the fourth phase of its master planned community Bloom Gardens - at Cityscape Abu Dhabi. 

Bloom Gardens is an exclusive residential community located within close proximity to the Corniche Al Qurm and Khalifa Park.

FAYA will consist of a 132 townhomes made up of 28 four-clusters and four five-unit clusters.

The development, which is scheduled for completed in the fourth quarter of 2017, is an attractive investment opportunity for potential buyers and investors with a payment plan linked to construction milestones and 40% to be paid upon completion.

The development will offer the same upscale amenities as Bloom Gardens Phase 1, 2 and 3, including round-the-clock security, parking, walking and running tracks and kids play area as well as a polyclinic, nursery and community centre.

Scheduled to open in summer 2016, the community centre will include sauna and steam rooms, multi-functional hall, community mosque, health club, gym and swimming pools for kids an adults.

Cityscape Abu Dhabi will run from 12-14 April at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).
