Ali Al Saloom, founder of Ask-Ali.com and Ducab’s workplace ambassador, is engaging the next generation of Emirati scientists at Think Science in Dubai, UAE.
As a prominent influencer, Al Saloom is interacting with young innovators, answering questions about careers within science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) disciplines.
Students visiting Ducab’s stand will receive advice about career opportunities within the region’s cable manufacturing sector.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to witness the skills and manufacturing techniques used by the Dubai-headquartered firm.
Commenting on the exhibition, Mona Mohamed Fekri, general manager of human resources at Ducab, said: “[Think Science] is a great initiative to introduce Emirati talent to an exciting sector that plays a prominent role in the technological transformation of our society.
“Ducab is keen on cultivating interest among students to explore the different and dynamic career paths the industrial sector offers. It is our privilege to empower a younger generation in their journey towards unlocking greater creativity and innovation to ultimately contribute to the growth of our country,” she added.
