Emaar's The Address Boulevard Dubai to open 2016

Emaar Hospitality Group is set to the open doors to the highly-anticipated Address Boulevard Dubai later this year.

Located in Downtown Dubai, the 72-storey curvilinear tower, is 368 metres tall making it the second tallest building in the 500-acre neighbourhood, next only to the Burj Arab. 

The tower will be home to The Address Boulevard Dubai hotel - featuring 196 guest-rooms - and The Address Residences Boulevard Dubai - comprising 530 serviced apartments.

The hotel will also feature serveral dining facilities, a spa, fitness centre, swimming pools and kids club as well as conference and meeting facilities.
