RICS celebrated one year of business in Doha with a special networking event for members and industry professionals associated with the built environment.
The event welcomed over 90 guests who met with Peter Bolton King, RICS global property standards director and Robert Jackson, RICS regional director to discuss the important of international standards in the local market.
As one of the world’s richest countries per capita and ambitious growth plans Qatar has become one of the most desirable countries in which to do business and continues to be a magnet for investment.
With over $346 billion of projects currently in the planning or construction phase in Qatar and with the rapid growth in both commercial and residential markets over the last several years, the need for International Standards has never been greater.
