Dubai-based developer Indigo Properties commenced the handover of villas in the Orange Lake development set in Jumeirah Golf Estates.

The latter comprises two 18-hole courses, Fire and Earth, which are inspired by the natural elements they are named after. The courses are designed by golf’s great, Greg Norman.

Dev Maitra, CEO, Indigo Properties said: “We are excited to announce the handover of the first villas in our Orange Lake project. Each luxurious home offers views of the golf course, lake and green stretches.

The kitchens are fully equipped with Miele appliances while the bedrooms come with built-in wardrobes and dressing areas. Interior finishes include the use of timber, parquet flooring, special paint finishes and premium marble. Each villa also has an individual swimming pool and parking space that can accommodate up to three cars.”

Overlooking the third and fourth holes towards the northern end of the Fire course, the Orange Lake project comprises 68 Mediterranean-style villas with themes such as Andalucian, Tuscan, Provencal, Hacienda and Riviera.

The villas come in a variety of layouts and sizes with options of four-, five-, and six-bedroom layouts, and built areas ranging from 418 sqm to 929 sqm.

The plot sizes range from 557-1,300 sqm, with the villa prices starting from $1.7m (AED6.3m).
