Al Hamra has released Phase I of it's Bayti community.

Al Hamra Real Estate Development (AHRED) has announced the completion of the Bayti community of upmarket townhouses and properties in Ras Al Khaimah.

In total, 118 townhouses have been built with phase one currently being handed over.

All properties are set around three recreational parks and swimming pools, with the championship golf course, 1.5km private beach and a 200-berth marina a short stroll away.

Prices for a three-bedroom townhouse start from $408,368 (AED1.55m) and $952,860 (AED3.5m) for a six-bedroom detached villa.

Benoy Kurien, general manager, Al Hamra Real Estate Development, said: "Bayti offers much more than just a home. As part of the flagship master planned Al Hamra Village, where 50% of the total area is dedicated to green spaces, we have specifically created a community centre on family living and family values, whether it's as a primary residence or second home.

All townhouses within the gated multi-phased development feature an outdoor patio, large rooftop terrace and two balconies.

The three and four-bedroom homes range in size from 2,786 to 4,406 sqft and include a nanny's room.

Residents will have access to extensive sports, leisure and relaxation amenities including an Olympic size swimming pool, kids pool, tennis courts, soccer field, children's play area, jogging track and zip line as well as reading corners and benches and a musical fence.

Bayti is also within close proximity of two shopping malls, five-star hotels, a clinic, hospitals and international schools.
