BK Gulf achieves 20 million safe man hours
BK Gulf recently landed a contract to undertake MEP activities on the construction of a new $1.6bn container terminal at Jebel Ali Port in Dubai
BK Gulf has achieved 20 million safe man-hours without reportable incident across the business.
General manager Steve O'Sullivan said: "This significant milestone could not have been achieved without an enormous amount of hard work and effort by every BK Gulf Group employee, client, JV and supply chain partner.
"As we are already in the hottest period of the year and on some projects rapidly moving towards completion, it remains important that we stay focused on what we are trying to achieve and most importantly - we achieve it safely. We must to remain committed to our goal of achieving zero harm."
BK Gulf recently landed a contract to undertake MEP activities on the construction of a new $1.6bn container terminal at Jebel Ali Port in Dubai.
The MEP contractor will provide all mechanical and electrical iinfrastructure for the new port including HV & LV distribution - substations, generators, cabling, area lighting, potable water and fire protection network for container terminal 4 (CT4).
BK Gulf will work directly under its partner company and main contractor Dutco Balfour Beatty.
