Jumeirah Golf Estates successfully launched Phase 2 of its Redwood Park community - with a major portion of the townhouses selling out.

The event followed the announcement that construction of Phase 1 of the project had reached over 80% completion, with total completion scheduled for Q4 2016.

Abdulaziz Bukhatir, executive director - corporate services, Jumeirah Golf Estates, said: "While today's buyers have become increasingly discerning, Redwood Park at Jumeirah Golf Estates is proving to have the necessary attributes to win global and local investor and end-user trust and buy-in, with attractive payment plans, a superior lifestyle promise and strong returns on investment making it the true standout contender in Dubai's townhouse market.

"This week's launch has been extremely positive and we encourage interested buyers to act now to avoid missing out on this unrivalled opportunity."

Overlooking Jumeirah Golf Estates' Fire golf course, Redwood Park was designed to provide more affordable property options, with prices starting from (AED2,898,000).

Inspired by the Tuscan countryside, Redwood Park is a unique collection of spacious three and four-bedroom townhouses located within walking distance of Jumeirah Golf Estates Clubhouse and its extensive amenities.
