Doha: Fire at Bin Mahmoud construction site

A fire was reported early today morning in the residential neighbourhood of Bin Mahmoud, Doha

The densely populated residential neighbourhood of Bin Mahmoud in Doha, Qatar experienced a fire this morning.

The fire is believed to have started at a construction site.

Witnesses reported seeing smoke at the nearby Jaidah Flyover and Ramada Signal as early as 5:30am.

The fire was located next to the Al Fahad Food Centre off of Salwa Road.

The Ministry of the Interior has assured that the fire has been controlled and no injuries were reported.

Bin Mahmoud is considered to be one of the most sought-after residential districts in Qatar for locals and expats.
