Dubai-based Deyaar Development announced its FM division has been established as a separate company.

The developer will retain full ownership of Deyaar Facilities Management (Deyaar FM), which is expected to complement the company's property development, property management, and owners association divisions.

Deyaar FM provides IFM services for residential, commercial, and retail developments across a portfolio of 500 properties and 20,000 units in the UAE.

Eng Mohammed AbdulKarim Khamis has been appointed general manager of Deyaar FM, which recently shifted to a new office location in Dubai's Business Bay locality.

Remarking on the announcement, Saeed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar, said: "This is a significant milestone we have achieved due to the continued growth and increasing demand for our FM services.

"This ongoing success is attributable to our consistent commitment to delivering excellent customer service and targeted, ‘smart’ FM solutions.

"The transition of Deyaar FM to a standalone company means we can increase our focus on developing our portfolio of services and exceeding our customers’ expectations."
