Abraj Misr launches new phase of The Shore project
The Shore project, about 240km from Cairo, is located on an area of 180 acres with a total investment of up to $224.6m (EGP2bn)
Construction company Abraj Misr has launched a new phase of The Shore project, which includes tourism resorts as well as residential and entertainment options in Ras El Hekma at the North Coast of Egypt.
The company chose the name 'View 46' for the new phase of the project due to the 46 metre elevation of the area from sea level, said Tarek Bahaa, commercial director at Abraj Misr to the Daily News Egypt.
The project, about 240km from Cairo, is located on an area of 180 acres with a total investment of up to $224.6m (EGP2bn).
Bahaa added: "The project is to be styled as a gradual terrace to maximise the visible sea landscape along the 1,100 metre coast of sand and water. Construction work of these terraces is already completed."
View 46 is located on 60,000sqm and includes 500 housing units in a variety of styles, starting from two- to four-bedrooms and ranging in size from 115sqm up to 180sqm.
The units are all fully finished and equipped with kitchens and air conditioning units.
Abraj Misr has enlisted Mena for Engineering Consultation and Development to carry out part of the work of the first phase of the project, Bahaa said.
