Dubai Sports City’s luxury villa community at Fortuna Village development is ready for handover, it has been annouced.

The 30 four-bedroom villas, built around the 18-hole Els Club Championship golf course, are part of Dubai Sports City’s commitment to building landmark residential projects.

Khalid Al Zarooni, president of Dubai Sports City, said: “Dubai Sports City are delighted to announce the handover phase of the Fortuna Village development and welcome our new residents.

Zarooni added: “Shortly we will be launching the Marbella Villa project, which will see 96 townhouses added to the community. Those interested will be able to register their interest for these spectacular villas shortly. This will be the final villa project at Dubai Sports City."

Based on a Spanish architectural style, the entire community is landscaped with green areas.

Dubai Sports City is a 4.6 million square metres mixed-use development - the world’s first integrated purpose-built sports city.

The development is being built around five major sports venues and features a series of sports academy facilities.

Among the star attractions are the 25,000 seat capacity Dubai International Stadium, an 18-hole championship golf course, the International Cricket Council (ICC) head office, and the ICC Academy with its indoor and outdoor facilities.
