TDIC unveils more townhouses for Saadiyat Lagoons
Master developer TDIC has announced plans to build four-bedroom townhouses within the Saadiyat Lagoons District of Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island
Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) has announced plans to build four-bedroom townhouses within Saadiyat Lagoons District.
The units will accompany TDIC’s previously announced two- and three-bedroom townhouses.
TDIC, the master developer behind Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island, is confident that its latest offering will prove attractive to property investors.
HE Ali Majed Al Mansoori, chairman of the board at TDIC, commented: “Today, we find that when it comes to purchasing a home, buyers and homeowners are looking for an investment that offers them an attractive and holistic proposition, and a better quality of life overall.
“Releasing four-bedroom townhouses, in addition to the other types on offer, will now provide buyers and homeowners with a variety of housing options to choose from, helping to ensure that those looking to own premium property in Saadiyat Island can now find their dream home.”
TDIC, which launched Saadiyat Lagoons District in April 2016, said that works are on track in preparation for the main construction of the project. The enabling works contractor has mobilised, and a contract for the main construction works package is due to be awarded before the end of the year.
“With the enabling works for the Saadiyat Lagoons District already underway, this project is another addition to Abu Dhabi’s booming property market,” said HE Al Mansoori.
“It has been designed to encourage more active and outdoor living, and with nearby leisure, education, and cultural offerings that the island boasts, this development will provide residents with a comprehensive and unique lifestyle experience,” he added.
