RAK Properties’ Julphar Residence, a 24-floor residential tower on Abu Dhabi’s Al Reem Island, is set to open in 2018, the group has announced.

The property will offer 266 apartments, ranging from studios of 41 sqm to three-bedroom units of 181 sqm.

Each apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows to maximise the natural light and ensure panoramic views of the UAE capital skyline.

Speaking during this week’s Cityscape Global 2016, Mohammed Sultan Al Qadi, managing director and CEO of RAK Properties, said: "Julphar Residence is poised to become the UAE capital’s latest iconic address, catering to the different needs and tastes of a range of prospective buyers, from young executives, to small and medium families.

“Julphar Residence has a prime central location within the vibrant Al Reem Island community, while being close to nature.

"All design elements combine comfort with practicality, to maximise the use of space, natural light, and offer warmth through the materials used and its colour scheme.”

From the outside, the building’s façade is made of contemporary stone and glass design.

The main tower features 19 floors of residential apartments with amenities, including a rooftop communal garden overlooking the city, adult and children’s pools on the podium level, a fully equipped gym, and separate male and female saunas.
