KEO launches contract and QS consultancy, C-Quest
KEO International Consultants has announced the establishment of C-Quest, a UAE-headquartered contract specialist and quantity surveying outfit
KEO International consultants has announced the establishment of C-Quest.
The contract and quantity surveying (QS) firm will be headquartered in Dubai, UAE, and will have regional offices in Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
Commenting following the announcement, Clive de Villiers, managing director of C-Quest, said: “The launch of C-Quest as an independent branded practice was a strategically intended move. We are responding to what [we] saw a saw growing trend of client needs and their demands for high-quality, more direct, and more personal attention for the types of services that we provide.
“C-Quest’s Middle East experience includes some of the most ambitious, complex, and schedule-accelerated projects in the world – an example being cost and contract advisors on a 2022 FIFA World Cup stadium.”
Donna Sultan, president and chief executive officer of KEO, added: “Launching C-Quest with our other allied practice, InSite, is another example of being deeply committed to having the strongest connections to our clients through specialised branded groups that can better serve client requirements more directly.”
De Villiers stated that C-Quest is defined by the advocacy that it offers to its clients, and the fact that the majority of its staffed will be fully chartered.
The firm, which is owned by KEO International Consultants, will offer cost, contract, and quantity surveying consultancy services across the region.
