Top five Dubai Land Department products at GITEX

CW rounds up the top five products, platforms, and apps that Dubai Land Department will display at GITEX Technology Week 2016 between 16 and 20 October

Dubai Land Department (DLD) is exhibiting at the 36th edition of GITEX Technology Week 2016, currently underway in Dubai.

DLD said it will unveil its top five real estate smart technology platforms and smart applications at the show.

Remarking on DLD's plans, HE Sultan Buti Ben Mejren, the agency's director general, said: "GITEX is the ideal platform to showcase our latest creations and smart innovations, as the exhibition brings together leading specialist in the technology and digital field."

The following pages outline DLD's top five products that will be on display from 16-20 October at GITEX 2016.

1. Dubai Brokers

Dubai Brokers provides accurate and real time information about real estate agents offices that are licensed and approved by DLD.

The app classifies the brokers by their performances, efficiency, as it also provides details about projects that the broker is specialised in selling and number of transactions completed.

Dubai Brokers also offers ownership certificate verification services.

2. Investment Map

DLD's Investment Map represents the intelligent real estate market using web browsers and smart devices.

The portal was launched by Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Center, the investment arm of DLD, to attract major investors for off-plan available projects.

It features an integrated set of applications and Dubai real estate best practices in addition to Google's search tool that enable all investors and businessmen to access investment opportunities through their smart devices.

3. Ejari

DLD will also showcase Ejari, a smart integrated leasing management application specialised in the management of leasing operations and providing services to owners and property management companies and representatives of the owner to manage the leases at any time and from anywhere.

The application works to protect the rights of all parties, and contribute to increasing the efficiency of operations leases management, thus reducing the cost and time required to complete the registration of leases.

4. Smart Judge

The Smart Judge is a smart app that enables the rental relation parties to know their legal position in respect of Ejari, guiding them to whether they have the right to file a judicial case or not before entering the different phases of litigation.

The application also provides the ability to print virtual judgment as a result of a final request for legal advice.

Smart Judge also provides free legal consultancy services, Dubai Media Office reported.

5. Smart Pay Service

The Smart Pay Service is a payment method that allows clients to pay the required procedure fees directly using a smart application, and allows customers to pay through different methods, either using credit cards, wire transfer from select banks, and NQOODI Wallet.
