Nakheel will be showcasing its Dubai properties in Singapore in an exclusive investor roadshow
Nakheel is hosting an exclusive investor roadshow in Singapore from 22-23 October, 2016 at the Four Seasons Singapore.
Nakheel will be showcasing a range of projects in the emirate, including its Palm Jumeirah properties.
Among the projects are The Palm Tower, a 52-storey, residential and hotel complex with a rooftop infinity pool; and Palm 360, a twin-tower featuring 1115 m2 penthouses with private infinity pools, gyms, and cinemas.
Investors from Singapore and other parts of South-east Asia and the Far East have already bought approximately 500 villas, apartments, or land plots from Nakheel, spending a combined $245m (AED900m) in the process.
The company will share insights into investing in Dubai during its two-day, free-to-attend investor roadshow at the Four Seasons Singapore.
Ali Rashid Lootah, chairman of Nakheel said: “Since our formation in 2001, Nakheel has played a pivotal role in transforming Dubai into a global destination for living, tourism and trade, and a magnet for overseas investors.
“Home to the world’s busiest airport, host of Expo 2020, and an increasingly-popular tourism hotspot and with a population expected to double by 2030, Dubai offers countless new opportunities for investors who want to be part of the city’s exciting future.
“As the city continues to grow, so does the need for more accommodation and attractions for residents, tourists and businesspeople. All of this means more new and lucrative opportunities for investors.”
