RAK Properties to hand over project ahead of time
Phase 2 of Flamingo Townhouses within the Mina Al Arab development will be handed over to customers this month
Ras Al Khaimah developer RAK Properties will be handing over Phase 2 of Flamingo Townhouses, two months ahead of schedule.
The villas in Ras al Khaimah’s Mina Al Arab community were originally due to be handed over to customers by 31 December 2016, but will be delivered this month.
This marks the second early delivery of Flamingo Townhouses following Phase 1 being handed over three months ahead of schedule.
Conceptualised as a small, self-contained community, Flamingo Townhouses 2 features 57 townhouses overlooking the adjacent mangrove wetlands.
The development includes amenities such as a swimming pool, a safe children’s paddling pool, a children’s play area with recreational equipment, a multipurpose play area, and green lawns and outdoor spaces.
Mohammed Sultan Al Qadi, managing director and CEO, RAK Properties, said: “The completion of Phase 2 follows the early delivery of Phase 1 last year and provides new units to meet demand in Ras Al Khaimah.
“Providing high quality homes showcases the commitment of RAK Properties to its clients and in return, and perhaps most importantly strengthens their trust.”
The townhouses within Flamingo Townhouses Phase 2, constructed by Al Nuaimi Group, consist of 32 attached three-bedroom units and 25 attached two-bedroom units.
The larger townhouses measure 216.8 m2, with the smaller units at 186 m2. The completion of Phase 2 will follow 124 villas handed over almost three months ahead of schedule in Phase 2.
Flamingo Townhouses forms part of RAK Properties’ eco-themed, mixed-use community spread over 400ha in Mina Al Arab – a $2.72bn (AED10bn) development featuring residential and hospitality projects.
