Dubai-based Jumeirah Golf Estates is targeting Saudi property investors, the company underlined during a recent visit to the kingdom this week.
The real estate developer is placing an increased focus on leveraging Saudi investor interest in Dubai which was highlighted during a visit by Jumeirah Golf Estates’ Executive Director of Corporate Services, Abdulaziz Bukhatir to Jeddah.
Saudi Arabia is the second largest GCC investor group in Dubai real estate after the UAE, according to Dubai Land Department.
Bukhatir said; “There is a great synergy between our luxury lifestyle proposition and the demands of Saudi investors, who are seeking quality real estate with strong returns on investment, attractive rental yields and high capital appreciation.
“This visit was a success and represents the first of many, as we look to build partnerships in the market with leading local financial institutions and real estate agencies eager to partner with a world-class and award-winning residential golf community.”
Phase A of the Jumeirah Golf Estates consists of 375ha of a 1,119ha land parcel, incorporating 16 residential communities and comprising more than 1,700 constructed and under construction properties.
The development also includes two world-class golf courses – Fire and Earth, as well as a large variety of residential options.
