Nakheel to award Warsan Clubhouse contract in Jan

The construction contract for the development of Nakheel’s Warsan Village clubhouse will be awarded by mid-January 2016

Master developer Nakheel is set to award the construction contract for Warsan Clubhouse.

The contract for the clubhouse at Warsan Village, Dubai, will be awarded by mid-January 2017, a source told Zawya Projects.

The club, by the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, will have a built-up area of 1,278m2.

Tender documents are available for non-refundable fees of $681 (AED2,500). The final date of submission is 4 December, 2016, reported Zawya.

In October 2016, the company reported 8.3% rise in net profit at $1.06bn (AED3.91bn) for the first three quarters of 2016 against $983m (AED3.61m) for the same period in 2015.

Nakheel has more than 2,300 units in various projects under construction, including 934 units nearing completion at the Warsan Village community.
