A spokesperson for wasl Properties said the project is part of the group's efforts towards "redeveloping older areas of Dubai"
Dubai developer wasl Properties has launched the 66-unit wasl Quartz residential project in the city's Umm Hurair neighbourhood.
The building will offer residential units of one, two, and three bedrooms, with its ground floor comprising retail units.
Amenities within the project include gyms for men and women, a swimming pool, and covered parking.
Remarking on the project, Zainab Mohammed, chief property management and marketing officer at the company, said wasl Quartz is part of the group's efforts towards "redeveloping older areas of Dubai".
She added: "Umm Hurair is an extremely promising strategic location in close proximity to both old and new Dubai, and our new development in the area will equip the building with all of the necessary facilities and services to make this the perfect place to live in."
