Young Entrepreneurs in Property (YEP) has held a networking event in Dubai.

The conference saw young professionals from the property and construction industries gather to discuss a range of industry issues.

Speakers at the event included Mehdi Danesh, head of advisory for Hill International Consulting (Middle East. Danesh offered an insight into public private partnership (PPP), questioning whether the GCC region is equipped to accommodate this model of project finance.

Murray Strang, head of Dubai for Cluttons, presented an update on the performance of the region’s property market in 2016, highlighting the challenges involved in the creation of international, investment-grade real estate opportunities.

The YEP networking event was held at InterContinental Dubai Marina last week.
