Damac Properties announced the launch of Akoya Manarola, a collection of villas facing the golf course, located within Akoya Oxygen.
Inspired by the village of Manarola on the Italian Riviera, this three-bedroom villas will be released with starting prices of $630,000 (AED2.3m), spread across a three-year payment plan.
Akoya Manarola villas will go on sale on Tuesday, 29 November, 2016, at Damac Maison Mall Street (Hatun Restaurant) from 4pm to 10pm.
Akoya Manarola villas will be characterised by colourful exteriors.
