Acquisition boosts Cushman & Wakefield critical FM

Real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield announced it has acquired Texas-based EnSite Solutions to expand its portfolio to the critical environment sector.

EnSite is a provider of maintenance and repair for HVAC, generator, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), and fire protection equipment.

Its services have been deployed for critical properties such as data centers and telecommunications and healthcare facilities.

EnSite founder and president, Toby Thomas, will serve as Cushman & Wakefield’s senior managing director for critical environments, and will be based in Dallas.

Meanwhile, EnSite Solutions’ employees will join Cushman & Wakefield’s integrated facilities maintenance business, according to a press statement on facilitiesnet.com.

Cushman & Wakefield has a presence in key Middle Eastern markets such as the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
