Palma completes Serenia Residence structural works

Palma has completed 100% of structural works in all three buildings, including a show apartment on Level 2, East Wing.

Palma Holding has concluded the construction phases of its exclusive Serenia Residences development.

Located on a beachfront plot on the crescent of The Palm Jumeirah, Palma has completed 100% of structural works in all three buildings, including a show apartment on Level 2, East Wing. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing works have commenced, reaching up to Level 4 across all towers.

The next phase of development will see the installation of the building ceiling works, glass and aluminium, all of which has already begun and is on track for completion.

The $408m project comprises of 250 units, and encompasses apartments that range from one to four bedrooms and penthouse suites, with a handover expected by the end of 2017.

The developer has recently opened a fully-furnished show room for interested investors at the Serenia Residence on the Palm Jumeirah.

Other flagship projects for Palma include the iconic Infinity Cayan Tower and Silverene Towers, both located in Dubai Marina.
