Eagle Hills has awarded its contract for marine and grading works on The Address Fujairah Resort + Spa and The Address Residences Fujairah Resort + Spa to BATCO Group, it announced on Tuesday.

Located in Sharm in Fujairah, the mixed-use development, unveiled in April during Cityscape Abu Dhabi, comprises The Address Fujairah Resort + Spa hotel, and The Address Residences Fujairah Resort + Spa.

On completion, the five-star hotel will include 198 keys, five beach and five garden villas, and four residential buildings with central courtyards, all adding to a total of 170 branded and serviced residences.

“This is the important milestone towards our commitment to deliver the project; Fujairah’s ultimate leisure and lifestyle destination with a 500-metre promenade.”

Ping added that the development will be delivered by 2019.

Antoine Azour, CEO of BATCO Group said: “Our team worked on developing creative engineering design solutions to meet the client’s highest quality and safety standards, throughout all phases of the project, starting with marine works, beach beautification, mountain slope cut and stabilisation and ending with general grading.”

The Address Residences Fujairah Resort + Spa announced the official launch of sale of the units in May this year.
