Dubai's Burj Khalifa area cleaned up after NYE
Waste collection vehicles, mechanical sweepers, and smart waste collection bins and vehicles were deployed for the clean-up programme by Bee'ah
UAE-based waste management company Bee'ah organised a clean-up operation at Dubai's Downtown area, home to Burj Khalifa, following the New Year's Eve festivities hosted at the location.
This marks Bee'ah's third consecutive year of providing clean-up services at the location following the new year celebrations.
Bee’ah deployed manpower and equipment such as smart waste collection bins and vehicles for the programme.
Tandeef, Bee'ah's city and street cleaning and beautification maintenance arm, participated in clean-up activities at the site.
Prior to the celebrations, Bee’ah conducted a session on special waste collection for members of Tandeef’s team on how to clean the surrounding streets of Burj Khalifa using the latter's waste collection vehicles and mechanical sweepers, which are designed for use in main roads, service roads, pedestrian paths and, small areas.
In a statement, Bee'ah said the operation was part of the street cleaning and waste collection services provided in main areas for the new year celebrations.
