Dubai Properties has launched Tijara Town, a US $1.6 billion (AED 6 billion) mixed-use project that will form part of the massive Dubailand development. Tijara Town will offer integrated office, warehouse and showroom space, along with service centres. The project will cover 1.8 million m².

“The launch of Tijara Town signals a first for Dubai Properties, as it not only offers an integrated business model, but also targets small to medium size enterprises,” said Hashim Al Dabal, CEO, Dubai Properties. 

On the residential side,Tijara Town will feature low to medium-rise buildings, along with retail outlets, schools, parks and community centres.  There will also be two 4-star hotels in addition to a conference hall.
