Azizi, Meydan ink deal for mixed-use development
Azizi’s low-rise residential and retail project which will comprise G+4 – G+10 floors will be within Meydan One Development, near Meydan One Mall
Meydan Group and Azizi Developments have announced a partnership initiating a residential and retail project in the Meydan One development that will cover 180 plots.
Azizi’s low-rise residential and retail project, which will comprise G+4 – G+10 floors, will be within Meydan One Development, near Meydan One Mall.
The mall has a 150x80m retractable roof, creating an alfresco shopping and dining atmosphere.
The Civic Plaza’s features include the world's largest dancing fountains (a 4km canal and marina), the longest indoor ski slopes (1km long) and a massive professional-standard, multi-purpose sports facility (2.5ha with more than 5.3km bicycle and jogging trails, a 9km boardwalk, a 300m long beach, and a heritage village).
Saeed Humaid Al Tayer, chairman and CEO of the Meydan Group and Mirwais Azizi, chairman of Azizi Group, signed the agreement at Meydan Group’s headquarters.
Al Tayer said: “We are delighted to announce this strategic partnership between the Meydan Group and Azizi Developments.
“This association is an illustration of Meydan’s commitment and statement of intent, which is to make significant contributions to the development of Dubai, UAE.”
